CVS | Agile and Native App Design
While working at the Digital Innovation Lab at CVS, I was assigned to work on the App Drive for Five project. Our north star was to improve the app rating in Apple and Google Play stores. We brought the iOS app rating up one full star to 4.5 and raised favorable reviews for the Android by 58% with a 3.5 star rating.

Vincere Health (formerly Blockardia) | Blockchain MVP
I worked directly with blockchain startup founders to help establish their MVP for a new health app at Harvard Innovation Lab. First, I created user journeys and then designed wireframes with Adobe XD to function as an interactive prototype of an IoT device app.

Over a nine month period, I collaborated with product stakeholders and developers to add a timed auction functionality to the BacklotCars platform. As lead designer on the project, I created design artifacts, conducted user research, and implemented process improvements to ensure success of the project.
